1. How are your ready-to-relish treats different from other ready-to-eat packaged
foods?
Our ready-to-relish treats are processed using a unique 'Freeze Dry' technology
that makes the food preservable without adding any preservatives. This special technology
also helps in retaining the original form, nutrients, taste, aroma and flavor of
the original delicacy.
2. How can I prepare the product?
You can prepare the product using the Regular Cooking Method or the Microwave Cooking
Method. In both the methods, the food gets ready-to-relish in less than 10 minutes.
In the regular method, you need to empty the packet contents in a bowl, add boiling
water to it, cover the bowl for 5 – 8 minutes and your meal is ready to eat. In
microwave cooking, you need to empty the packet contents in a bowl, add regular
water to it, cover the bowl and heat it in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes. Once
heated, take the bowl out, let it cool for 5 - 6 minutes and enjoy the treat.
3. What is the shelf life of your product?
You can relish all our delicacies any time before 9 from its date of manufacture.
4. How long can I store the product once the packet is opened or the product cooked?
Once the packet is opened, the food inside comes in contact with the oxygen and
becomes perishable. Once opened, the product needs to be cookedimmediately. The
cooked food is just like any other freshly cooked food and needs to be consumed
within a few hours of preparing.
5. Do the food packets need to be stored at a specific temperature?
Mom's Menu's food packets are manufactured keeping in mind all the storage and environmental
variations it might encounter while traveling with you. So rest assured there is
no specific temperature and storage condition that you need to maintain while carrying
it with you. The only thing you need to be careful about is that the packet should
get punctured.
6. What is the food quantity in each packet?
The average weight of our packets ranges between 50 – 80gms. However, the food weighs
between 250 – 300gms after cooking.
